1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Social AI Manager desktop application and of this website (together, the “Service”), published by a private individual, on a non-professional basis (“we”, “us”), as described in the Legal notice.
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the Service
Social AI Manager is a desktop application for Windows designed to simplify social media content management. It lets you plan content in an editorial calendar, manage a video library, schedule publications to TikTok through TikTok’s official APIs, retrieve statistics and give AI agents that you run yourself access to this information through a local API.
TikTok is the only platform connected through an API today. By default, publications are delivered to your TikTok inbox (Draft mode) and you finish posting them in the TikTok app. Features may change as the Service evolves; the website describes what is currently available.
3. Plans
The Service is offered with a Free plan, which includes up to 20 TikTok publications accepted by TikTok per calendar month and 90 days of analytics history. The exact content of each plan is described on the home page and in the application, which enforces these limits.
A Pro plan is described on this website but cannot be purchased yet. Its price and payment terms will be published, and these Terms updated, before it is offered for sale.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required by each platform you connect. The Service is not intended for children.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing or that violates the rules of the platform concerned;
- send spam, or artificially inflate views, followers or other engagement metrics;
- connect or manage social media accounts that you are not authorized to use;
- bypass or attempt to bypass platform rate limits, security measures, plan limits or usage restrictions;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the application, except where the law expressly allows it;
- interfere with the proper operation of the Service or of the connected platforms.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the content you publish through the Service, and for holding all the rights, licenses and consents it requires (for example for music, images or people appearing in your videos);
- complying with the terms, community guidelines and policies of each platform you connect, including rules on branded content and advertising disclosure;
- reviewing your content, settings and schedule before publication, including content prepared by AI agents or scripts that you connect to the local API;
- keeping your computer, your Windows account and your API key secure, and never sharing your credentials.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to TikTok only when you choose to connect your account. Social AI Manager does not own, operate or control TikTok or any other platform, and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them or by their owners.
TikTok’s terms apply to your use of TikTok, including when you use it through Social AI Manager: TikTok Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). A platform may suspend or restrict your account or content under its own rules. We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms.
8. APIs and third-party limitations
Publishing and analytics rely on APIs provided by third-party platforms. These APIs impose rate limits, quotas, content format and size requirements, review processes and restrictions on which features are available. For example, TikTok limits direct posting from apps that have not completed its review to private visibility, accepts a limited number of pending drafts and posts per day, and only provides statistics for public videos. Platforms may change, suspend or discontinue their APIs at any time.
As a result, we cannot guarantee that a publication will be accepted by a platform, that it will be sent at the exact scheduled time, or that statistics will be complete, accurate or available. A publication may also fail, for example, if your authorization has expired or been revoked, if the video file has been moved, or if your computer is off or offline when a publication is due.
9. AI agents and the local API
Social AI Manager does not generate content. If you connect AI agents or scripts to its local API, they act on your behalf with the rights of the API key you created, and you remain responsible for what they prepare and for the publications you approve. Suggestions or recommendations produced by such tools may be inaccurate and do not guarantee any result, such as views, followers or revenue.
10. Availability of the software
We work to keep Social AI Manager reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every system. Because it runs on your computer, publications can only be sent while your computer is on and the application’s background service is running. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, and some updates may be required to keep using it.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including the software, its design, the Social AI Manager name and logo, and the content of this website, is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the application.
Your content remains yours. You allow the Service to process it only as needed to perform the actions you request, such as sending a video to TikTok. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, audience or reputation, or for the suspension of an account by a third-party platform, arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the rights you have as a consumer.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts, uninstalling the application and deleting its data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if required by law or by a connected platform. Provisions that by their nature should continue to apply, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when the Service or applicable laws change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. These Terms do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
